Scope: Full-day in-person shadowing + workflow mapping + strategic coaching Delivery: In-person observation (8 hrs) + 2 training sessions (remote or in-person) Includes: High-level AI tool training, productivity heatmap, executive playbook Designed for C-level executives, department heads, or high-performing individuals where precision and strategic insight matter. How it works: A consultant physically spends a full day with the professional. We observe in-person meetings, record relevant tasks (with permission), note all emails sent, presentations created, and analyse daily workflow, analyse meetings flow. We evaluate the person’s decision-making, thought processes, and time management. A highly tailored training program is delivered, incorporating advanced AI tools for presentations, reporting, research, communication, and delegation.
